Make your dining table a center of attention with a set of beautiful wooden placemats from Kakadu of Israel. Each placemat is painted by hand in a distinctive Kakadu art motif. A coating of acrylic elastic lacquer makes the placements highly resistant to scratching, moisture, and stains. Cleanup is east – use soap and water or any non-abrasive household cleaner. The placemats are constructed from okoume – a species of fast-growing, sustainable mahogany harvested in Gabon, Africa – and painted by hand with water-based pigments.
