How much is the rental fee?

The rental fee is $150.00 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. The 3 hour minimum starts at load-in. Additional time is billed at the rate of $175.00 per hour. $100/Cleaning Fee.

What is included in rental fee?

The rental fee includes the use of The Artistic Edge Gallery space, which is approx. 5000 square feet comprised of the main room and several smaller rooms. The rental fee also includes an on-sight manager.

Is there a deposit due at time of contract?

Yes. If more than 60 days out from the event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of contract. If within 30 days of the event, a 100% non-refundable deposit is due at time of contract.

What is Artistic Edge’s capacity?

The maximum capacity depends on the style of event. For stand up cocktail parties, the maximum capacity is 200 people. For seated lectures and sit down dinners, you would have to come check out they layout and see how you want it to flow, but it would be between 40-100 people.

Can I (or my caterer) provide and/or serve my own alcohol?

Yes. Artistic Edge does not provide or serve alcohol. All alcohol provided and served by vendor or client must conform to all CA State Laws.

When can you rent the gallery?

Monday through Saturday 5:00 p.m.-Midnight, and Sunday 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Yes. Insurance requirements are outlined in the licensing agreement.

When can I load-in?

The load-in schedule is contingent on the needs of your event and the schedule at the building for the day.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is not allowed inside Artistic Edge Gallery property.

Is there additional power available for sound and lights?

Yes. Please check with on-sight manager for availability and limitations.

Do you have wireless Internet available?
