Bill is an animation artist trained in the traditional hand drawn style of cartooning.
Bill studied drawing and film arts at Chouinard Art Institute (1962-1966) and has been in the animation industry since 1966. His first job in the film industry was at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank where he worked on “The Jungle Book” and “Winnie The Pooh And The Blustery Day”. Since then he’s worked on hundreds of TV cartoon shows for Walt Disney Studios, Hanna-Barbera, Filmation Studios (Fat Albert, The Archies, Star Trek and others), MGM Animation (Pink Panther), Universal Studios (Earthworm Jim) and The Cartoon Network (Cow And Chicken and I. M. Weasel) and many more. “I started painting in 1998 while on a vacation in Maui and enjoyed the experience so much I’ve been at it ever since, continually trying to enhance my perception and skills.” Bill is a member of: The Animation Guild, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Roseville Arts, Placer Arts and Rocklin Fine Arts.
