INSPIRATION FOR DEEP SEA LIFE SERIES

I recently visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium and was amazed at the various types of creatures that live at the bottom of the ocean. So, I took numerous photos of a variety of these deep ocean residents, and used these photos as “point of departures” for this series of mixed media works.  The result is the Deep Sea Life series.
