Artist Statement:

Pattie Bowler- Award Winning Artist

A Passion for color and shapes in her abstracts she defines the intuitive process with multi layers of color. Shortly before retiring as a flight attendant after 27 plus years from United Airlines in 2003. I began painting watercolors then discovered I preferred the forgiveness of acrylics. My Husband, Bill and I moved to Roseville from Colorado Springs in August 2021. Before living in Colorado, we lived in McKinney, Texas and Fallbrook, California. I had exhibited in 3 galleries in Texas and in 4 galleries in Southern California. As I grew as an artist, I discovered I really enjoyed doing abstracts. I like the spontaneous results I receive and the different interpretations that the viewer takes into the mind.
